Lost Lake Holdings, represented purchaser in the acquisition of 3.3 square mile planned mixed use development in Forestburgh, NY, approved for more than 2500 lots/units, including performing land use and environmental due diligence, negotiation of  purchase and sales agreement, review of title, and closing of the purchase.

  Oracle Equities, LLC:  retained to satisfy post-closing conditions in connection with an $80M construction loan, Village of Kiryas Joel. 

  New York Historical Society, due diligence, negotiation of purchase and sales agreement, review of title, and closed the purchase of a $12.5M Manhattan townhouse.

  Harlem River Yard Ventures – Represented HRYV, the ground lessee from New York State of the 99-acre Harlem River Yard at the very southern tip of the Bronx, in a commercial lease dispute with long term sublessee Waste Management, Inc.; commenced litigation against WMI (described below).  Currently representing HRYV in complex commercial sublease negotiations with: (1) a potential sublessee proposing to build a professional soccer stadium within the Yard, and (2) a potential sublessee proposing to redevelop the New York Post/Dow Jones print plant.   

  Jeffrey M. Brown Assoc.: represented ground lessee and ground sublessor in sublease negotiations with Federal Express, and litigated against ground lessor yielding a favorable settlement, Tribeca.

  WF Liberty LLC: negotiation and drafting of $32M contract for sale of commercial property, Staten Island.

  Greens at Chester LLC:  $12.1M purchase of undeveloped 500 lot subdivision in Chester, NY.

  215 West 75th Street:  represented condominium in a dispute between adjoining properties which was resolved by negotiation of easement and development rights transfer agreements.  

  Woodbury Villas LLC: $5.265M purchase of approved partially built residential subdivision, Village of Woodbury.

  Boy Scouts of America: negotiation of two conservation easements on the Boy Scout’s Pouch Camp on Staten Island, one to the Trust for Public Lands and one ultimately for the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, as well as associated agreements including mortgage subordination.

  Pfizer Sale:  multi-million- dollar purchase of Pfizer property in Brooklyn.

  Adlers at Swan Lake: $4.5M sale of approved 167-lot residential subdivision, Town of Liberty. 

  Dr. Reddy’s: represented purchaser of commercial property and grantor of access easement pursuant to settlement of litigation, Town of Middleburgh.

  Bolstein Meeker Realty Corp.:  represented seller in $1.1M sale of improved commercial property on Staten Island.

  Abraham D’Ancona:  sale of commercial property to resolve a mortgage default, Brooklyn.

  Dr. Gwen Engelhard:  negotiate termination of commercial sublease and direct lease with landlord following criminal conduct of tenant/sublessor, Chelsea.

  Ruby Realty Co.: sale of commercial property in Maspeth.

  Sequence LLC:  Negotiation of commercial lease for tenant in the Financial District.

  Tommy Tune:  Purchase of penthouse co-op, midtown east side.

  United States Gypsum Co.: negotiation and drafting of purchase and sales agreement for seller of manufacturing facility in Stony Point.

  Pepis:  sale of commercial real estate in West Haverstraw.

  Park Tower Realty: easements and mapping of private streets in commercial real estate development, Greenpoint.

  C Park LLC:  negotiation and drafting of ground lease for commercial property in Staten Island.
